Otto Germain, perhaps best known as Jeremy Lamar, is a MegaZeuxer known for having created Bernard the Bard, Bomb Brothers, and Talon's Tale, all of which are generally considered decent or good games and the first of which is often considered a MegaZeux classic. In addition to his MegaZeux games he made three games starring a character of his named Blinky, using Game Maker. Also, Bernard the Bard is in actuality a sequel to an earlier ZZT game by Germain, which was called Ned the Knight and is often considered a ZZT classic.
