This uses static overlay and scrollview commands to create non-moving "channels". What's the point of this?

This "TV" engine uses an overlay and and moves the screen to simulate changing channels. Problem is, there is a lot of music referred to (eg, alva.mod and car.mod) that doesn't exist in the ZIP archive.

I don't know where this would come handy in a hack, anyways...
