What Akwende did here was created a crude version of a trig table for sine and cosine that only works for angles that are in degrees which are multiples of 15, with absolutely no functionality for angles between, and with values rounded to the first decimal place. This is just as useless now as it would have been in 2000, albeit for different reasons -- now, we have trig functions, and back then, this would be too limited to have much of a practical use.
